Third-party widgets and tools

Third-party booking platform – FareHarbor:
Our online booking system is hosted on the FareHarbor platform. As this service operates independently from the Moon River website, its accessibility features and compliance are managed by FareHarbor. While we aim to provide a seamless and inclusive user experience, users should be aware that certain accessibility features within the booking flow may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. We are in communication with FareHarbor regarding accessibility improvements and will continue to monitor their progress.

Certain third-party widgets and tools integrated into the website, such as map features, carousel elements and similar components, are provided by external vendors and may not fully meet WCAG accessibility standards. Moon River works with these providers to improve accessibility where possible.
